At Zylo Nutrition LLC, we prioritize your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a complete refund on unopened boxes of product within a 30-day window from the time you receive your order. To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow the steps outlined below:

STEP 1: Start by reaching out to us at support@zylo.life to state the reasoning of your return.

STEP 2: Ensure that you send back the product in its original packaging to preserve its condition.

STEP 3: The onus of handling the return shipping cost lies with you. For merchandise valued over $75, we suggest opting for a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This offers an added layer of protection.

STEP 4: Upon receipt of your return at the specified address we provide, our team will examine the contents and cross-verify with your purchase proof. After this review, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. This process might take anywhere between 5 to 10 calendar days.

STEP 5: Once we give the green light for your refund, the amount will be credited back to your initial payment method unless you've informed us of an alternate method. Kindly allow a duration of 48 to 72 hours post our confirmation email for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.
